Our team is fully volunteer-run and we would love for you to join us!

We are passionate about food sovereignty and food justice, and we are dedicated to reimagining groceries and food systems. We are an all-women team, most of us youth and women of colour, joining from across the country.

We welcome anyone to join our team - all identities and genders! - because, true to our name, we are building a movement. NGM is recruiting people to join the following teams:

  • Program Teams - coordination and development of our Garden Club and Community Cooks programs

  • Communications Team - web designers and content creators

  • Fund Development Team - grant writers and sponsorship development

  • Finance Team - bookkeeper
